It could be true to say that, compared to other companies such as ours, we are relative new kids on the block. We are heading towards our 10 year anniversary and our growth can be marked in many ways. However, there is only one way that we could have achieved the success we have, in such a short amount of time.
This accolade can only be attributed to our staff.

It was only in 2013 we employed just 45 people with two managers and two head office staff. Their focus and dedication brought us a strong reputation for being customer focused and providing excellent cleaning services.
Year on year, as we grew, we have seen a significant increase in headcount both within the office and operationally. By 2015 we had nearly 100 staff members.
Just 4 years later, our Head Office is now home to 9 permanent team members and we have 8 managers covering the UK & Northern Ireland. The most significant increase in staff numbers has been in our operative count, who we have extended drastically in order to service our growing number of customers.

Recent organic growth, broadening of service offering and the successful tender for a large national client has lead to us to nearly break the 600 staff mark. Every single one of them have an essential role to play within our business. Every single one has a direct influence on our clients. This is why we nurture each individual and help motivate, train, coach and develop them.

With more than 570 permanent part and full-time operatives working from Truro to Troon and Belfast to Broadstairs, we are now striving towards having an employee in every town in the UK. At our growth rate, it won’t take long.
